Bistro on Wheels is a food truck experience specializing in French and American style bistro cuisine. The 18 ft. Bistro trailer contains a fully equipped kitchen, capable to serve any style of stop including offices, homes, special events, concessions, or catering events.
The menu for the Bistro on Wheels is comprised of dishes featuring Arizona grown produce, meats, cheeses and dairy. Our staple menu consists of 12 items that will rotate weekly, accompanied by additional seasonal selections. Follow us on Face book to review our chalk board of 6-8 featured daily selections.
Our unique boutique-style catering is perfect for parties of up to 200 persons. The menus can be custom designed for each client’s party or can be selected from our trailer’s preassigned daily and seasonal menus.
At Chef Wade's Bistro on Wheels we offer a wide variety of catering options for those who reserve our services, we enjoy feeding people and creating a unique dining experience for those who choose Bistro On Wheels for their catering needs.
A unique experience for any party, wedding or office. During the 3 hour window of time you and your guest can order freely from the Chalk Board Menu. To include choice of 5 options from our Food Truck Menu or we can create unique selections just for you. To drink we offer natural sodas, sparkling and still water.

Allow us to create a special buffet just for you, From a Pizza and Salad buffet to an elaborate multi station buffet. Chef Wade uses the freshest seafood, produce and meats for all of his events.

Food Truck Events
Bistro on Wheels offers a Blackboard Menu which changes often. Many of our Menu options come with our Fresh Cut Bistro Fries (to die for) or Pineapple Cole Slaw. Two of our most popular items, Truffle Mushroom Mac-n-Cheese and Our Bistro Burger w/ Cheese, Green Chili and Grilled Onions are found daily. We always will have a Vegan safe option as well. We work closely with local vendors from farm to butchers to bring you a quality product we can be proud of.

ABOUT CHEF WADE
Chef Wade was born in Denver and relocated with his family at the age of 6. Growing up in the Phoenix area, Wade began his career at age 13 years washing dishes in a little kitchen Downtown. Wade worked his way through school in various food and beverage roles, finding a natural connection with the kitchen.
He began to notice that there is an organized chaos and comradery present in a culinary teams on the line and he wanted to be a part of this. This began his quest to be a part of the team. Once on the line, Wade began to thrive in his new found beginnings. After discovering that he wanted to be a part of "the dance of the kitchen" as a career, Wade applied to The California Culinary Academy for formal training.
Upon graduation in 1985, Wade spent his next several years working in various hotels across the country, including Doubletree Hotels, Westin, Sheraton Grande, Ritz Carlton, The Inn and Links of Spanish Bay and Caneel Bay Resort in the USVI. Wade returned to Phoenix in 1994. While with the Pointe Resorts, Wade created The Brew Masters' Dinner, a multi- course dinner made from and paired with Micro brewed beers. Wade continued his career in the Phoenix area working for different restaurants and clubs until he began a dynamic career with Paradise Valley Country Club. From the beginning of 2003 to 2014, Wade cultivated a very successful operation at an exclusive private club in Paradise Valley.
Today, Chef Wade is launching his new concept ...Bistro on Wheels. Wade brings his unique and refined style to the streets and private sector. You will find cuisine available such as Truffle and Mushroom Mac n Cheese, Duck Confit Sliders with Red Cabbage Apple Slaw and Vegan safe dishes such as Roasted Broccoli Po Boy with Garlic Hummus in Ciabatta.
